Membership Overview
This page introduces the benefits, subscription process, and renewal mechanism of the HyperAI Pro Membership Program.

Free CPU
Free CPU supports 1 concurrent task and each task for Pro Members can run for up to 24 consecutive hours.
GPU Quota
Pro Members receive 30 GPU hours per month, which can be used on Single RTX 3090 or Single V100-32GB. Any remaining quota will be cleared at the beginning of the following month, cannot be carried over, and cannot be transferred to other accounts or organizations.
When the remaining quota drops below 5 hours and 2 hours, the system will send reminder emails accordingly. After the granted quota is exhausted, the following rules will apply:
- If the account balance is sufficient, the container will continue running and charges will be automatically deducted at the hourly rate for Single RTX 3090 or Single V100-32GB.
- If the account balance is insufficient, the container will be automatically stopped. Please save your data in time to avoid loss.
Note
Each account is limited to 1 concurrent instance for Single RTX 3090 and 1 concurrent instance for Single V100-32GB.
Storage Quota
Basic users receive 20 GB of storage. Pro Members receive an additional 50 GB of dedicated storage, totaling 70 GB.
Membership Subscription Process
The subscription price for HyperAI Pro is US$4.99 per month, and it takes effect immediately upon purchase. To subscribe, go to "Finance Portal" - "Membership", click "Activate Now" - "Confirm Order".
After subscribing, you can view your membership benefits on the “Finance Portal” - “Membership” page.
Renewal Policy
- Once subscribed, refunds are not supported. You may disable auto-renewal before the next billing cycle.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default after subscribing, and you can manually turn it off in “Finance Portal” - “Membership.”
- Users whose renewal fails due to insufficient account balance will automatically revert to Basic users, losing membership benefits. Any remaining GPU credits will be cleared.
- If auto-renewal is enabled, the system will, before the end of the billing cycle:
- Send automatic billing reminder emails 3 days, and 1 day before renewal.
- If the user does not change the renewal setting, the system will automatically renew the membership by charging the account 10 minutes before expiration.
Danger
If the membership expires and the remaining storage becomes negative, you will not be able to start or run containers. You can expand your storage by renewing your membership or subscribing to additional storage. Containers that remain inactive for 1 month will be automatically cleared.
