DukeMTMC-reID stands for Duke Multi-Tracking Multi-Camera ReIDentification, which is a subset of DukeMTMC. It is mainly used for image-based pedestrian re-identification research and is one of the largest pedestrian image datasets in the world. The dataset includes: 16,522 training images of 702 pedestrians, 2,228 query images of another 702 pedestrians, and 17,661 gallery images.
