VerSe stands for Large Scale Vertebrae Segmentation Challenge, which is a large-scale, multi-detector, multi-site spine CT dataset. The dataset includes 374 scans from 355 patients. This challenge was held in conjunction with MICCAI 2019 and MICCAI 2020. The evaluation tasks include: vertebrae annotation and segmentation.
