The Oulu-NPU face liveness detection database consists of 4,950 real and attack videos. These videos were recorded with the front cameras of 6 mobile devices. There are three different lighting conditions and background scenes. The types of presentation attacks considered in the Oulu-NPU database are printing and video replay. These attacks are created using two printers and two display devices.

The dataset includes:

• Training set: 360 real face videos, 1,440 attack face videos, 20 people.
• Validation set: 270 real face videos, 1,080 attack face videos, 15 people.
• Test set: 360 real face videos, 1,440 attack face videos, 20 people.
