IIIT stands for International Institute of Information Technology. IIIT-ILST is a scene text recognition dataset for three Indian languages (Devanagari, Telugu, and Malayalam). Each script of IIIT-ILST contains nearly 1,000 real images with annotations of scene text bounding boxes and transcriptions.
