LoLi-Phone is a large-scale low-light image and video dataset to thoroughly validate the performance of LLIE (Low-light image enhancement) methods. LoLi-Phone is the largest and most challenging real-world test dataset of its kind. In particular, the dataset contains 120 videos (55,148 images) captured by 18 different mobile phone cameras, all shot under various lighting conditions, in indoor and outdoor scenes.
