Job Board is a synthetic dataset of the job search process for recent college graduates, providing detailed observations on the effectiveness of job search platforms, particularly those used by entry-level job seekers such as Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

This dataset contains 100,000 records, detailing students' demographic information (such as major, university ranking, and region), academic performance (such as GPA and internships), and their job application process (application submission, initial interview, follow-up interview, and job offer). For students who successfully secured employment, target variables such as salary, company size, and role relevance are also included.
