Yoga Training is a dataset for yoga posture classification, designed to support image classification tasks and personalized training designs. It is primarily used for image classification, posture recognition, lightweight deep learning training, and transfer learning experiments. This dataset contains 1,771 sample images of yoga poses, covering a wide range of difficulty levels and pose categories. Each sample includes the pose name and category, pose duration, and synthetic attributes such as flexibility, balance, strength scores, and joint angle measurements, and incorporates individual parameters such as user age, BMI, training experience, and health status.
