Oxford-IIIT Pet Dataset is a pet dataset for image classification. It contains 37 kinds of pets, each with about 200 images. Different pictures vary greatly in scale, posture and lighting. It contains annotation information such as pet outline and head ROI.

This dataset was released by the Department of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford in 2012, and the related paper is "Cats and Dogs".
