Cardiac MRI Dataset is an atrial medical imaging dataset. The data comes from patients with heart disease. It includes image annotations of the left ventricular endocardium and epicardium, covering 7,980 images of 33 patients.

This dataset was released by the Brain-Inspired Computing group of IBM Research – Almaden in 2008. The main publishers are Alexander Andreopoulos and John K. Tsotsos. The related paper is "Efficient and Generalizable Statistical Models of Shape and Appearance for Analysis of Cardiac MRI".
