The MVTec-AD dataset is a dataset for benchmarking anomaly detection methods with a focus on industrial inspection. It contains more than 5,000 high-resolution images classified into 15 different object and texture categories. Each category includes a set of training images without defects and a test set of images with various defects as well as images without defects.
