2-PM Vessel is an open-source dataset of volumetric cerebrovascular images acquired by Dr. Alison Burgess, Dr. Charissa Poon, and Dr. Marc Santos using a two-photon microscope at the Focused Ultrasound Laboratory at the Sunnybrook Research Institute (affiliated with the University of Toronto). The dataset contains 12 annotated stacked images of mouse brain vessels and tumor vessels, which can be used to study the topic of vascular volume segmentation using a deep framework.
