CryoNuSeg is a dataset for nuclear instance segmentation in frozen section H&E stained tissue images. The dataset contains images from 10 human organs, has a fixed size of 512×512 pixels, and provides three manual annotations to allow measurement of intra-observer and inter-observer variability.
