Segmenting Soft Tissue Sarcomas Dataset is a medical PET-CT image dataset. The data are all from soft tissue sarcomas confirmed by surgical pathology. It is a preprocessed subset of the TCIA study.
This dataset was released by Kaggle in 2015, and the related paper is "A radiomics model from joint FDG-PET and MRI texture features for the prediction of lung metastases in soft-tissue sarcomas of the extremities".
